Tree Branches encroaching on power lines and into road

Tree was reported last year as the branches are encroaching on power lines and into the roadway. Pollarding is normally done every 7 years and this is now overdue hence the problems outlined above. Tree is in front of a house occupied by 92 year old lady who worries that her electricity will be cut off by the tree breaking the line. Thank you.
