Highway dangerous to use

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2485368.

In Green lane there are two paths: one upper and one lower. The lower path as I have already reported is obstructed by an overhanging bush. The upper path, being grassy, is slippery when wet. Green Lane is used by pedestrians and dog-walkers and at present, it is difficult/dangerous to use.
