Cars park on the verges of this single track road, usually when they are visiting the sports field. Due to the weather the verges are a mess and several cars have become stuck in the mud and have had to be pulled out by good neighbours in the village. The verges are particularly bad very near to the entrance to the sports field and makes it very slippery underfoot.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. Site has been visited and currently the verge defects do not meet ncc investigatory levels, this location will continued to be monitored through highway safety inspections. However there is a works order to repair carriageway potholes that will be completed within 3 months.
