Mini sink hole on pathway

A mini sink hole roughly the size of a small fist was present in pathway (this is around the corner from my house) as I have walked along the path more it it has given way causing the bigger hole pictured. This was Sunday 10/01. This caused me to fall and hurt myself and I had to consult the doctor due to being in a lot of pain. I have tried to report this via phone a number of times but 01536 464646 seems to be busy all of the times I've tried so I am reporting here. Please can this be fixed ASAP so that no one else hurts themselves.
