Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2493475.

The entire of Hatton Park Road has been neglected and blocked with leaves/ twigs/ much as they have not been cleaned out at all. the gutters and drains as well as the pavements have been accumulating vegetation and rubbish and needs to be tended to as soon as possible please as this is a risk of flooding when it rains and looks terrible.
