Four out of seven drains blocked or draining slowly
Reported via desktop in the Blocked/Damaged category anonymously at 18:28, Thursday 21 January 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2493810.
The position on the map is incorrect. These drains are not on the left hand side where the B670 turns down The Hill. They are on the right hand side (South) across the triangular green from where they are marked on the map. Approaching from the Market Harborough side, there are 7 drains. Drain 1, 6 and 7 are flowing well. Drains 2, 3, 4 and 5 are flowing very slowly due to large amounts of silt coming from the fields. This is causing flooding on the road and leaving thick mud on the road.
