Since CityFibre came 2 weeks ago and dug up a trench laying cables the pavement surface has disintegrated

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2497701.
Cityfibre have been along Yewtree Court digging out a trench laying cable and since completing the work 2 weeks ago the surface of the pavement next to the trench has disintegrated and is getting worse by the day. With lockdown there is limited cars being driven out over the pavement - so it is not the car doing this but the poor workmanship and now freezing temps/rainfall causing the pavement to completely break up - there seems to be no quality control or checking up on what Cityfiibre are doing
