Blocked drain causing large pool of water across Kiln Lane at junction with main road

The drain at the bottom of Kiln Lane is blocked, causing a large pool of water to form across the bottom of Kiln Lane, by the junction with Daventry Road. This happens with even moderate rainfall. The water freezes during cold weather and poses a significant danger to road traffic.

The problem with the neighbouring drain on Kiln Lane previously reported appears to have been largely fixed, but it is the drain indicated on this report (which sits at the bottom of a hill) that is blocked and causing dangerous conditions.
