Bollard damaged

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2500184.

A car hit a safety bollard on the corner of bath road and nelson street and knocked it over on the evening of 24/01/2021 - this also removed a large chunk of the road/pavement - there are a lot of elderly people in this area and the bollard on the ground and the hole could present a danger to them
