Our Inspector has identified a Kerbs defect at this location and has issued a works ticket to repair under the Damaged/Loose category. We aim to complete this work within the next 28 days.

This photo was taken just after 3 work vans and approx 6 workmen arrived yesterday 03/02/2021. all they had to do was to reset the sunken curb and cobbles instead they removed the curb and cobbles and tarmaced the area.as you can see its still as low as before but is now a eye saw. can you please explain why this horrible mess was done. I await your reply.

Is your policy to just ignore a text you get by asking the men who have made a bad job of a repair instead of bothering to get out and look at the type of work these men are doing. its a disgrace to take up perfectly good cobbles and curb stones and replace with Tarmac.
