Outside numbers 10 and 8 there is a manhole cover which cannot hold water when raining.

Man hole cover will spurt water out when it is raining / wet and then will flood the driveways of the properties on the road. There is a drainage system running down the road which is blocked or broken that will solve the problem if fixed.
