No HGVs sign destroyed again.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2502716.

There was a No HGVs sign here but it has been destroyed again. It needs to be replaced urgently to stop HGVs are attempting to drive down Lewin Road which is unsuitable.
