I have to use a mobility scooter and cannot use the path outside 3 Stuart rd - my husband last week went over with a saw and cut some branches that stuck out so far they hit me in the face - I very nearly fell into Stuart road as a result as my scooter is not a big one but only just and I mean only just a fits on the little bit of pavement left with all these overhanging spikes it us very very dangerous
