Loose/dropped man hole covers

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2510720.

There are at least two loose manhole covers that are loose, when a car goes over them they bang. Horses regularly ride round the field and when a car goes over one of the loose covers and it bangs, this can spook the horse. Some riders are children and this could be dangerous if their horse spooks due to the noise of the car hitting the manhole cover.
