Dip in pavement on Duston road

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2515059.
The fibre company came and dug up the front of my House. Made a compete mess of the verge but also the pavement now has a dip which now leaves a large puddle. It’s a slip hazard . The issue has been here since November 20/20

met with customer grass verges are being driven over by vechiles and footway is in poor state this is not down to city fibre works it is a highway maintenance issue drop kerb and vehicle crossing would help allivaite issues.

Hi Paul i have swept all the mud from the Footway can you send letters to stop the homeowners driving over the Verge outside 9 and 11
