Would it be possible to have a grit bin on abbey ride or monks way as we have a very steep hill and lots of elderly

Dangerous when icy - is it possible to have a grit bin so that we can access the road when it’s Icy. It’s too far to walk and carry grit from the bins on priory road (2 very close together) and York road (2 very close together)
