Grit bin near empty

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2531653.

The grit bin is needed to keep the bridge safe for access to the village and park for all vehicles. After gritting the bridge today (6th Feb) the bin is around a quarter full, much of the remaining grit is waterlogged and hence will be difficult to get out and use through the cold weather
