Flooding to lay-by over 1 year of this, slippy footpath

There is an issue with the surface water drainage everytime this rains this gets worse and this also floods on the footpath, my daughter slipped over and really hurt herself, this needs addressing ASAP, lots of people have reported this, this has been discussed on the local Facebook page which a lot of people are disgusted that this hasn’t been sorted yet, this is the lay-by near the school as you come into Deanshanger

  • Thank you for your enquiry there is a scheme scheduled to start within the next 3 weeks which includes works to the adjacent ditches which should help to rectify this situation
