• Thank you for your enquiry. We have raised a works order to repair the defects that you have reported. These works will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions we are repairing defects of this nature sooner than this target date, however please do not hesitate to contact us should the defects worsen so that our team can carry out a further assessment, attaching a photograph if possible and safe to do so.

• Thank you for your further comments relating to this matter. We fully appreciate that you feel the situation is worsening on the road surface and take on board your concerns. We are happy to report that works are still scheduled to resolve this matter as previously stated. As an extra assurance, we can confirm that our out of hours team have carried out a temporary repair to the deepest part of the defect for the time being. Please be assured that you will receive an update once repairs are completed.
