Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2545781.
The pavement that goes next to the brook from Valley Road (next to Little Billing Pocket park) and Codlin Close. This footpath is more than 50% blocked in some areas by overgrown branches from the bushes that have not been maintained or trimmed for years from the property next to the path

Thank you for your enquiry. A letter has been sent to the relevant homeowner requesting that the overhanging vegetation is cut back. A revisit will be carried out 14 days after the receipt of the letter.

12/03 Passed to Regulation Team for further enforcement. Letter to householder to be sent week commencing 15/03 and final inspection to be carried out week commencing 05/04

28/03 A letter has been sent to the owner/occupier to cut back the vegetation and a further site visit will be carried out week commencing 12/04

This has still not been resolved and the bush is growing. The footpath is extremely difficult to pass in a wheelchair and therefore discriminates against disabled pedestrians

27/04 A further site visit has been carried out and the vegetation has not been cut back. An enforcement notice has been sent and a further site visit will be carried out week commencing 24/05

This has still not been resolved and since reporting the bush has grown further and is now even more difficult to pass in a wheelchair

This has still not been resolved. The path is no longer useable in a wheelchair due to the additional growth in the many weeks since it was originally reported, I would now like to escalate this report to a formal complaint
