7cm deep pot holes, whole road surface in terrible condition

This road surface has broken down significantly. I am concerned about elderly residents walking to cars on this road, 10 of 15 houses have OAP’s residing here. Also using mobility scooters. Damage to cars may be significant and injury to people also. Many thanks.
