Fire hydrant tarmacked over

Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 14:31, Wednesday 17 February 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2552455.

It appears the fire hydrant has been tarmacked over by Highways or contractors this hydrant is required for emergency water by Northants fire and rescue service and needs rectifying ASAP. I have been in communication with ROB CARROL of KIER and am awaiting feedback so maybe you could discuss this with him as well. I have clearly marked where the hydrant should be with blue paint.
