Tree on path at bottom of Chapel Hill has overgrown suckers

Reported via desktop in the Restricted Visibility / Overgrown / Overhanging category by Islip Parish Council at 11:58, Friday 19 February 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2557055.

The extent of the suckers are such that they are now impeding the path. Could these be pruned, or could the Parish Council be given permission to do the works? (Clicking on the tree on the map, removed it)
