Kerbstones not reinstated correctly

Reported via desktop in the Damaged/Loose category anonymously at 17:55, Monday 22 February 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2564954.

Western Power recently excavated this area extensively. To the East of the junction it was properly reinstated (soil, grass seed, etc.) To the West it has been left with the rough clay from deep in the excavation on the surface, unseeded and with the kerbstones just dropped back in place and not mounted or cemented at all. Numerous people have told me that they have complained to Western Power who say that they have reinstated (but have obviously not on one side of the road). Are NCC able to pressure WP to actually finish the job, as the Parishioners have been able to.
