Many deep potholes on Cuttle Mill Lane
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 18:57, Tuesday 23 February 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire County Council less than a minute later. ref: 2567603.
This lane is meant to be the main road from Paulerspury to the A5 going north. It is now almost impassable due to the numerous deep potholes, the disintegration of the verges, and deep potholes in the passing areas, both official and those regularly used, plus the tracking part of the road has sunk either side of the crown of the road. All these issues are due to the lane being constantly used by one of your subcontractors who have their depot at what was the Nursery. This matter has been raised many times by me, but it has now got to the point where it is dangerous and likely to damage cars, as one has to try and drive around the potholes to avoid scraping the underside of a car. I know of more than one person who no longer uses this road. PLEASE arrange for the lane to be properly repaired, rather than just filling in the odd pothole.
