Deep ditch (2 feet deep)

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2570363.

I reported this 2 foot deep ditch, and it has not been fixed. As I said a car and van have gone into it. A lorry also has left it's tyre marks, having had a close shave. Why was the case closed, when it is plainly still there?
