Damaged historic wall & railings alongside Billing Rd

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2572317.

Unknown vehicle or tree works has at uncertain date damaged old stone wall capping and destroyed short stretch of associated decorative iron railings on south side of Billing Road, opposite the junction with Lower Thrift Street. The wall and railings form an important built component of Billing Road Conservation Area and require sensitive like for like repair please – as it is good to see are currently being undertaken a short distance further west along Billing Rd. Thank you.
