There is a stretch of road that has many pot holes and the edges of the road have massive areas of missing tarmac
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 17:15, Sunday 28 February 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2577625.
The stretch of road from the A361 heading towards Barby, is a bus route. The first 1.7 miles is really dangerous if it is icy or wet weather. It seems better as you approach the hoyses on the right hand side, where the speed limit drops to 40mph. There are areas that have been previously patched up, that have deep holes, areas that you have to avoid as the holes are so deep. Some are where your your tyres would be, some are close to the edge of the road and if you are being passed by a bus, you cannot avoid them.
