Large tree issue

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2579436.

Large tree property is vacant and council owned the tree is high above the houses and the roots have now got in to the piping and feeding on the sewage causing damage 3 times in last three or four months Anglian water have fixed and billing NCC. the tree swaying especially in bad weather and is at high risk of falling and both properties Adjacent at risk of damage and not covered by insurance . The council and Anglian water previously advised that the tree needs to come down residents advise this is a health and safety issue and needs to be dealt with asap
