Hi, This problem has been on under investigation for two years. The time scale was six months. Please advise of a start date or a date when the signs have been replaced with new ones. I know you are busy but two years should be enough time to rectify this problem. I hope you agree. Please advise. Best regards, John Hook.

Hi, Please see latest photos attached to this update. This has gone on for so long that I will not have an option but to submit an official and formal complaint. Please advise that this will be completed within this financial year (2021 to 2022) so I do not have to take it further. I would appreciate a response to this update week ending 11th March 2022.
Best regards,
