  • Please do not close this report by saying we nees to wear the correct footwear! on sunday (after a week of sun and dry weather) my hisband and i attempted this walk in aigle wellies and the water and mud was so deep it went over the top of oir wellies! i understand the winter has been extremely wet but some action is needed if the path is ever to be passable again!

  • Breeden should of sorted this footpath out before they deserted the place

  • Still like it 15 March

We have walked this route on two occasions this year - once in January and yesterday (March 14th) It is still flooded even though there has been little rain in the last week. This looks like a permanent problem. We were wearing in Aigle wellies and the water was to the top of the boots so we had to turn back. From reading different reviews it is constantly like this/ What is being done about making this a passable footpath?

  • This footpath is suppose to be temporary but it dont look if it will ever go back to where it was

  • Breeden can solve the problem they have caused by raising the level of the footpath simply using some of the spoil close by to create a raised causeway. Absolutely no excuse.

  • Breedons have deserted, with the quarry being left how it was this right of way will never dry up. I walk this route every day and so sad that I can’t get to the river. Who do I go to to help?

  • I only had trainers on so didn't go any further but even this far away the ground was boggy. The last time I was able to get through was October. All they need to do is move some of the gravel and piles of mud to heighten the ground. I have reported on pathwatch in the hope someone can do something!

  • 7th april its still the same , i think this footpath needs to be diverted

  • Reporting the same issue. Still flooded and this can be fixed by Breedon Quarries but this needs enforcement by the Council. This is a public footpath and the right of way has been illegally removed.
