Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2581741.
You have just sent me an email saying that the problem is fixed - Original Reference Number 2514120. You are having a laugh. It has not been fixed and continues to deteriorate. The position of the pothole is on Torrington Road to the north side of its junction with Torrington Crescent - being a crescent there are 2 junctions with Torrington road and the one referred to is the one furthest from Hardwick Road. You may have fixed some potholes yesterday at the junction closest to Hardwick Road, but you haven’t touched the one reported ages ago.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
