Dangerous path
Reported via desktop in the Obstruction (Not Vegetation) category anonymously at 10:08, Friday 5 March 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2588348.
After rain, when walking along Northampton Road towards Rushden Lakes the section of path near the bench at the top of the Hayway junction becomes extremely slippery with mud and rain. You cannot walk around it as the verge is on a slope and this itself becomes slippery with the mud. There is no footpath on the other side of the road to use.
