Overhanging tree with roots showing is leaning over bridge and causing obstruction

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2589451.

Tree to the side of bridge has uprooted and is leaning 3-4 ft over the bridge with branches now unable to walk under. concern re: this tree completely uprooting.
