Stile damaged and almost submerged

The lower step is broken. The stile is down in a dip and almost all year is surrounded by water or mud, making it almost unusable. A pity because the next boundary north has a very good and fairly recent footbridge and two stiles.

  • Thanks for reporting this, it seems that this is in a similar state with the ground like the bridleway gate being wet which is not helped also with cows treading the ground down and creating a hole. We shall make contact with the land owner to see if this can be improved and raised when ground conditions dry in the summer months.
