Blocked drain.

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2589498.

There is a drain outside our farm building that is so full of mud you can not see it. I spoke to two lads clearing the drains today and showed them where it was. They told me they couldn’t clear it as it is scheduled for April 1st. But they are here now and it needs doing now ??? The drain is not shown on your map, it is on the corner of the grass area outside Paddock Cottage
