Multiple pot holes spanning 10 metres on each side of the carriageway

Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 20:45, Sunday 7 March 2021

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2593324.

Leaving and entering Rothersthorpe on the Banbury Lane there are multiple pot holes spanning 10 metres on each side of the carriageway. The depth exceeds the thickness of the tarmac with the surrounding area breaking away. On Friday 05th March I had to assist a driver in changing a wheel as the pothole entering Rothersthorpe split the tyre and cracked the alloy wheel. These potholes encroach well into the carriageway and when filled with water could cause serious injury to cyclists.
