Pedestrian crossing not fit for purpose.
Reported via desktop in the Road Markings - Worn/Faded category anonymously at 10:08, Tuesday 9 March 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2595533.
I am returning to query why complaints about the pedestrian crossing on the High St in Earls Barton are no longer flagged up. No reference to at least two reports made last month. Also, why cannot more than one category be chosen from your selection. My complaint is about the damaged road surface as well as no markings on the crossing. ‘Pedestrian crossings’ should be a separate category in its own right!
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
