Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 13:10, Thu 11 March 2021
Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2601586.
There are large potholes on the bridge over the railway line. It looks like they have been recently been filled in but the tarmac filling has failed and there are chunks of tarmac everywhere, the pot holes are now exposed again.

This pothole is very dangerous indeed. It is absolutely massive and on an unlit area. I hit it driving home from work last night as you can't see it until you are on top of it in the dark. It's going to cause an accident.

I have reported the issue to Network Rail. The pot holes have been allowed to grew so much that impacts from the pothole are now likely to be damaging the bridge structure and are a risk to the Midland Mainline.
