Please can you update the maps to show the correct road layout as it’s getting difficult to give precise location. However, the carriage way from the 2 nd pedestrian crossing heading from Junction 16 to Harpole is yet again becoming a rally journey due to the potholes in the carriage way. These range from potholes in the centre of the carriage way to odd ones a cross the carriage way and it continues all the way to the roundabout. It is dangerous for drivers trying to avoid these and also damages cars of which I am still waiting for a decision on my car prior to the last repair. The road needs total refurb otherwise this will continue to be a regular problem and claims against the council will increase.
Thank you for reporting a fault. We will use the information you have provided to assess and prioritise this fault in accordance with our published response times for fault reports.
