Drain blocked

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2633568.

Following the resurfacing of Finedon Road on the 18th/19th March the drain is now filled with tarmac causing flooding. The drain is located outside my front door so I am concerned heavy rain will cause the water to enter my property.
