The priority sign isn't visible coming from Riverside

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2635500.

As the vehicles come to this part of the road they are not aware that the oncoming vehicles have priority as the sign has been turned to face away from the road. I saw four cars having to reverse because of this. I am very concerned that it might cause arguments between drivers too.
