Contractors working in the new cinema have driven vehicles along this verge taking a shortcut to North Street from Primrose Hill rather than use the road and roundabout. This has resulted in the verge adjacent to the footpath becoming deeply rutted and churned up. This section of footpath is already reduced in width by an overgrown hedge. Anyone stepping off the path would fall down ruts at least 25cm deep.
