Photos of bridleway gate at AM37 - AN23, still locked on 28/3/21, I’ve now been told it has remained locked since my earlier correspondence. You can see in photos 1&3 nuts have been removed from the ironmongery which could now be removed. A post is also loose.

Thank you for your enquiry. This location was inspected on 31/3/21. The padlock on the latch does not actually prevent the gate from opening. Having contacted the landowner it is apparent that they have not put this padlock on the gate but they have offered to cut it off. Northamptonshire Highways have raised a works order to repair the 2 bridle gates either side of the bridle bridge and stone some of the muddy area either side of the bridge. This work will be undertaken within the next 6 months.
