The lights at Nine Arches Bridges are not working correctly

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. ref: 2655563.
The lights stay on red on each side for ages, regardless of whether there is any vehicle waiting and is making the transit time across the newly opened bridge very long. The tech had been upgraded about 6 months or so to change to green really quickly, or immediately, if it was on red and there were no cars waiting on the other side. This now does not occur?
