. The below text was reported to Leicestershire. I am the PROW Inspector for Leicester and have visited the site and found it as reported but it was wrongly deemed to be in Leicestershire.
The wooden handrail and post have broken away from the footpath bridge making it quite treacherous to cross. This is a popular walk from Middleton to Bringhurst crossing over the river and streams.

Thank you for your enquiry. I can confirm that Rights of Way improvement works have been instructed for this location to be carried out within the next 6 months. However the majority of these works are undertaken within 3 months.
