  • Further information as requested by Sophie Bailey, Assistant Business Development Officer. My request for permission to repair/make safe the area in question was turned down as it is part of the Highway. May I therefore ask for it to be inspected please? The tarmac area has sunk resulting in puddles of water that cannot drain away. The unsightly, small grassed patch also sits beneath water in wet weather and is impossible to adequately maintain and most importantly there is a substantial trip hazard at the property boundary. This has been partly addressed as a temporary measure to avoid accidents. Thank you.
