Overgrown fir trees to the rear of 17 Kensington Close which are impeding the footpath and access to the neighbouring driveway. This small piece of land was retained by the estate developer, Abbey Homesteads Limited.

No action has been taken to cut back the trees and access to the neighbouring driveway is significantly impeded. Please can this report be updated to confirm the next course of action

Unfortunately, on our re-visit, we observed that birds were nesting in this conifer hedge. Therefore, the hedge will not be attended to until the nesting season is over (September). We can confirm that the path is currently accessible; however, we apologise for the delay in resolving this issue.
