Thanks for reporting this a site visit has been made and at the location you have marked it is an arable crop and albeit the land owner has not yet sprayed out the crop the is a trodden line that you can distinguish where the path goes, the height of the crop at the present time is passable but will require spraying in the immediate future and will remind the land owner about this who are normally very good at spraying the path out. We will continue to monitor this to ensure the path is clear when the crop starts to grow further.
