There was a traffic order on this footpath that I think expired summer 2018.

  • Good morning. It might be worth contacting South Northants planning team as I believe this route went through a permanent diversion but I'm unsure what stage its at as its not one of our orders. Its possible the diversions gone through but only they will know. Thank you

  • There was a temporary traffic order on this this RoW whilst the bridge was being constructed. I though it was the responsibility of Northamptonshire County Council to maintain rights of way, temporary traffic orders and the definitive map not a council that hasn’t existed for two and a half months.

  • Good morning. It might be worth contacting South Northants planning team as I believe this route went through a permanent diversion but I'm unsure what stage its at as its not one of our orders. Its possible the diversions gone through but only they will know. Thank you further information added a 09:46. Good morning, you are correct that Traffic Regulation Orders are the responsibility of this team but as per my previous response there was a diversion order created by SNC in 2016 which may have been confirmed meaning that the old route the TRO was on is no longer in existence and therefore no new TRO is required. As it is in effect another team in West Northants I should be able to re-allocate this to them however, I don;t believe they are on this system so the best contact link is to type SNC into Google and it'll take you where you need to go as I don't have a contact for this matter.
